Return & Replacement Policy:

  1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / Product lost in shipment please contact us on delivery time. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the Product Category.
  2. If you want to return, please do not open any Ladies electronic item’s parcel. If you open you have to receive the parcel. You can claim for an exchange if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. If you want to get a replacement please inform us within 3 days through our Email (support@kaaya.com.bd)
  4. Your refund will be issued as a credit note for further purchases. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Please note that Shipping costs are not refundable.
  5. For Cash On Delivery you can cancel the order on delivery time. Please not that Delivery charge is applicable for any cancellation without damaged and incorrect product.
